    • Items without original packaging

    • Share clear images/videos of the issue.
    • Our team will verify and approve the return request.

  4. REFUND POLICY
    • Once the returned product is received and inspected,
    the refund will be processed.
    • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
    within 5–7 business days.

  5. REPLACEMENT
    • If eligible, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.

  6. CANCELLATION
    • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
    • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

  7. SHIPPING COSTS
    • Return shipping costs will be covered by us only in case
